Do You Want it BIG or Small?

It really depends on you. If you want to start big or small it's all up to you. But here are some of my reasons why I'd go for starting small.

* Starting big means bigger capital. If you dream to be number one in your industry there is nothing wrong with that. But that will also mean you have to compete with the big corporations who already have a fair share in the industry.

*Starting small can get your feet wet to see if this business is right for you. Because you started small your capital is also small so lesser chances of you getting burned. By the way by Big or Small capital depends on you. 1 million pesos might be big for me but small for you so it depends on you how you see the figures.

*If you're a first time businessman it would be good to start small. After all, great things start from small beginnings right? Starting small can prevent you from overwhelm. It's better to expand the business when you've laid the foundations than downsize in the future because you were overwhelmed the first time.

*Starting small gives Filipinos the chance to do it in their own resources and capacity. Yes we are blessed with these. By starting small you can humbly start at your own humble beginnings and harness your creativity.

Anyway this post is kinda unfair because you know, it's Small Business Manila so you shouldn't
be surprised that I like it small - at first. :)

But the bottom line here is that, build something that you can responsibly handle. If you can handle your business if you start big then go for it! If you think you lack capital then start small, and then roll over your capital to make it big (more on this later.)

Starting small is perfectly fine. Do you agree with me? Comment below and let me know.

xoxo
